We are seeking an experienced change professional to drive communications, planning, and coordination
across multiple initiatives. This role focuses on delivering integrated change strategies, crafting impactful messaging, and ensuring smooth execution to support organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy: Apply frameworks like ADKAR to guide change efforts.
- Integrated Planning: Align change activities across initiatives and timelines.
- Communication Planning: Develop messaging, campaigns, and stakeholder updates to drive engagement.
- Collaboration & Influence: Work effectively with other leads to ensure coordinated execution.
- Measurement of Change Impact: Track adoption, engagement, and feedback loops.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
- Proven ability to plan and execute communication strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
