Carpenter - Harbour Bridge

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking a Carpenter to carry out all carpentry trade activities and other duties relevant to maintaining bridges and drainage structures. This is a unique opportunity based in and around the Sydney Harbour Bridge!

You will be required to:

• Carry out general carpentry activities associated with maintaining the bridge and its facilities
• Work safely to OHS standards
• Solve routine problems that arise, refer to standard guidelines and manuals, and collaborate with supervisors and managers to resolve complex problems to minimise risks and achieve work goals

Essential Requirements:

• Carpentry Licence/Trade Certificate – Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
• Current Construction Industry White Card.
• Current unrestricted NSW motor vehicle driver’s licence
• Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements as directed.
• Ability to pass a Police check
