Procurement Specialist – Capital | Multi-Site | Contract

• Location:  Pinjarra, WA  | Some travel between sites required
• Roster:   Monday to Friday | Flexible hybrid working—2 days WFH, 3 days onsite (first month fully onsite for onboarding)
• Contract duration: 12 months | Opportunity to extend
• Rate: $90/hr - $95/hr (Including Super)

About the Role
You will collaborate closely with project engineering teams and suppliers to execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals and timelines. Your role will be critical in reducing capital intensity, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations across multiple locations. Managing purchase orders, contracts, and process improvements will be key to your success.

About You

• Proven experience in capital project procurement, preferably within mining or heavy industry
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
• Process-driven, with a focus on policy compliance and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for allocated capital projects across multiple sites
• Drive alignment of procurement plans with project engineering and objectives
• Ensure contract compliance, deliverables, and schedule adherence
• Implement process improvements and support policy compliance
