Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for customer-centric marketing? Our client AGL is on the lookout for a Campaign Specialist to lead and support the delivery of high-impact, 1:1 customer retention campaigns that drive growth and value across the Customer Markets business.

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and scope retention campaigns aligned with go-to-market strategies across BTL 1:1 customer  marketing channels
•    Creative Development
Define audience segments, messaging, creative requirements, and performance metrics.
•    Campaign Execution
Launch and manage campaigns across all channels, working closely with delivery and media teams.
•    Agency Collaboration
Brief and manage creative agencies to ensure timely delivery and budget alignment.
•    Performance & Insights
Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
•    Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate campaign plans and progress across business and marketing teams.
•    Brand & Compliance
Ensure all communications align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with legal, regulatory, and strategic teams to deliver compliant and impactful campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

•    Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in BTL 1:1 customer marketing and campaign management either in retention or cross-sell activity.
•    Strong analytical skills and familiarity with campaign performance metrics.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic environment.
•    A passion for customer-first marketing and continuous improvement.
•    Job share experience preferred however not mandatory
