As an Information line customer service officer, you will:

·         Handle inbound customer service calls and provide accurate information
·         Assist with general inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
·         Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
 
What We’re Looking For:

·         Previous call centre or customer service experience is highly desirable
·         Strong communication and problem-solving skills
·         Ability to work Monday to Friday in a flexible, part-time capacity
·         A positive attitude and a passion for helping mob and community
