About the Role
This role supports a major multi-phase transition to a common SAP S/4HANA ERP environment. The focus is on preparing the business for upcoming upgrades, improving user experience and driving adoption across impacted teams. You will work closely with the Business Readiness Lead to deliver change, communications and readiness activities throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities
• Support business readiness assessments and follow up on actions to reduce resistance to change
• Review change impact analyses across stakeholder groups
• Assist in implementing business readiness and communications plans
• Coordinate readiness and change activities to ensure users are informed, prepared and supported
• Provide input into training materials and collaborate with training resources and SMEs
• Support risk mitigation related to readiness and change activities
• Implement reinforcement plans, monitor adoption and investigate any issues
• Prepare inputs for project, program and executive level reporting
• Draft content for newsletters, forums and internal updates
• Adhere to communication standards and ensure consistency across program materials
• Maintain alignment with other projects to ensure coordinated change activity

Essential Experience and Skills
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and change-related activities
• Experience with or certification in recognised project or change methodologies
• Minimum 3 years of organisational change experience on large projects
• Experience supporting implementation of change and communications strategies
• Strong ability to support people through the change process
• Well developed relationship-building skills across varied locations
• Ability to work confidently with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and credibility
• Able to self-manage, meet deadlines and work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Pragmatic, proactive and comfortable working independently or in dispersed teams
• Flexibility for occasional after hours work or domestic travel

Desirable
• Experience in the gas or energy sector
• Experience working in regulated environments
