Business Manager – Industrial (Victoria)

We are now seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our Victorian Industrial business. This is a key leadership role covering both:

• Our high-volume recruitment business(which is predominantly in warehousing,  distribution and logistics), and
• Our PSA and SME recruitment business.

Based across our Clayton, Altona and Shepparton branches, this role reports directly to the National GM Industrial and carries full P&L accountability. You will lead a team of operational managers responsible for the performance, safety and wellbeing of approximately 40 internal employees(branch and on-site), as well as over 2,500 on-hired employees across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive performance across high-volume and specialist recruitment divisions.
• Oversee and deliver on P&L outcomes for the Victorian Industrial business.
• Support, mentor and develop direct reports and wider teams.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and wellbeing across internal and on-hired employees.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients across warehousing, distribution, PSA and SME sectors.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Senior level recruitment industry experience, with proven success in leadership roles.
• Strong management and leadership experience, ideally with exposure to high-volume recruitment and on-site workforce solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams while driving commercial results.
• Exceptional client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
