Our boutique, fast-growing mortgage brokerage is expanding across Canberra, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. We specialise in residential and commercial lending, supported by strong referral networks and an efficient internal processing team. We’re seeking a driven BDM to build and manage referral partnerships and generate consistent mortgage opportunities. This role is focused on relationships and lead qualification— no credit work or document chasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen referral partnerships (accountants, real estate agents, developers, builders, financial services).
• Conduct partner meetings, presentations, and joint marketing activities.
• Qualify client enquiries and progress them through our structured workflow.
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and provide weekly/monthly updates.
• Support marketing activities, events, and partner promotions.

• Experience in business development or relationship-focused roles.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging partners.
• Proactive, reliable, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.

• Experience in broking, lending, banking, or real estate.
• Existing referral networks.
• Additional languages (Mandarin helpful but not essential).
