Business Development Manager - Building Products/Construction Materials

About the Role
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the building and construction industry? We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a high-performing team within a well-established and fast-growing organisation. This is a great opportunity to drive growth and expand market share across NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1/2 builders/developers, contractors, architects/designers, and specifiers. 
  
  
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to deal closure
  
  
• Work closely with internal teams across estimating, operations and project management
  
  
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities
  
  
• Stay across market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
  
  

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within building products or construction materials
  
  
• A solid network across the Sydney construction market
  
  
• Proactive, self-motivated and commercially minded
  
  
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  
  
• Able to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
  
  
• Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel as needed
  
  

• $100K-$120K + 11.5% Super + Fully Maintained Car + Uncapped Commission
