About the Client:

Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for a talented Business Analyst to join their busy team for a casual 12 months temporary assignment.


About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work with impacted stakeholders to design and deliver improvements that deliver quality outcomes and enhance client experience. In addition, your key duties are as follows:

  • Produce reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
  • Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.
  • Develop business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.
  • Translate business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements including efficiency, improvement and performance outcomes to optimise customer experience.
  • Design and deliver workshops, communication and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing.
  • Establish and implement governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems to track branch and divisional performance against plans and targets.
  • Implement and maintain audit and risk processes, controls and undertaking issues resolution

 
About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:
 
  • Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role
  • Experience with Customer Records Management Systems, including Salesforce
  • Experience with developing and testing on-screen guidance
  • Experience developing and testing automated correspondence
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • $60.26 per hour + super
