Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Realisation Lead
to plan, monitor, and report on the realisation of measurable business benefits resulting from the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management System (HCMS). This role ensures that benefits across people, processes, and technology are identified early, tracked consistently, and realised in line with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and categorise benefits across EC, ECP, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
- Develop and maintain a Benefit Realisation Framework aligned with strategic goals.
- Establish baseline metrics and KPIs for tangible and intangible benefits.
- Maintain a benefits register and realisation roadmap by phase and release.
- Monitor benefit delivery progress and provide guidance to ensure benefit enablers (e.g., process changes, automation) are implemented.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting packs.
- Analyse operational data post-implementation to validate or adjust benefit forecasts.
- Recommend corrective actions if benefit realisation falls behind plan.
- Engage with business leads, HR, HCMS, and Change Management teams to align outcomes.
- Support targeted training and adoption strategies to maximise realised value.
Capabilities / Desirable Attributes
- Proven experience in benefit realisation or business performance management in large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly EC, ECP, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
- Skilled in interpreting functional and process changes into measurable benefits.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or SAP Analytics.
