Lead strategic business transformation initiatives that enhance how organisations engage and deliver for business-to-business (B2B) partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled B2B Workstream Lead to shape and implement end-to-end solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and customer experience across major infrastructure and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of a portfolio of B2B transformation initiatives from concept to completion.
• Apply expertise in segmentation, service design, account and case management to strengthen business relationships.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure integration across program workstreams.
• Drive delivery excellence through structured program planning, benefits realisation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide leadership, guidance and performance management for initiative leads, contractors and consultants.
• Partner with business leaders and transformation teams to embed best-practice frameworks and achieve measurable outcomes.

About You

You’re a results-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments. You bring:

• Strong experience in B2B environments, with deep understanding of business tools, segmentation and service frameworks.
• Proven success in program or project management, coordinating multiple streams or teams within transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Program/Project Management(desirable).
• Understanding of commercial frameworks, housing or infrastructure sectors, or government processes (desirable).
