We are seeking an experienced Asset Protection Supervisor to support the delivery and protection of council assets during civil and infrastructure works.
This role will work closely with contractors, service authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and to the required standard.

About the Role In this role, you will:

• Supervise civil and infrastructure works to protect existing council assets
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with permits, standards and conditions
• Liaise with contractors, service authorities, residents and internal teams to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes
• Provide clear reporting and documentation relating to asset protection activities
• Support project delivery through effective site supervision and coordination

About You You will bring a practical, hands-on approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

To be successful, you will have:

• A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant asset protection experience
• Experience supervising or managing contract works or civil projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate effectively
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Local government experience(desirable)
