Our client is seeking an experienced Asset Planning Officer to join their team and support the effective management of civil infrastructure assets within the public domain and road reserves. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to community-focused.
The Role
Conducting routine and proactive inspections of civil infrastructure assets.
- Planning and programming maintenance and renewal works.
- Managing restoration activities and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Performing pre- and post-construction inspections, including public domain damage and bond inspections.
- Providing technical and procedural advice on development-related public domain works.
- Recording inventory and condition ratings in asset management systems.
- Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure and asset management principles.
- Experience in inspections, maintenance planning, and compliance.
- Ability to interpret technical standards and provide clear advice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in asset management systems and reporting.
