Asset Health Evaluator

Join a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing mining equipment performance through data-driven insights! As an Asset Health Evaluator, you will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the health of heavy mobile equipment in our remote Pilbara operations. Using real-time data, advanced diagnostics, and your expertise, you will help enhance safety, maximize equipment uptime, and support continuous operational improvements in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Required Skills:

  • Trade-qualified in Heavy Mobile Equipment with technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, or Asset Management disciplines
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communicator with solid computer literacy
  • Extensive experience in mining maintenance roles, either OEM or site-based
  • Knowledge of SAP and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance activities on equipment such as Komatsu 730E, 830, 930, WA1200, L1350/1850/2350; Caterpillar 785, 789, 793, 992, 994; Hitachi EX3600, 5600, 8000
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in oil sample analysis and interpretation
  • Exposure to control room operations and remote monitoring systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, or Asset Management)
  • Several years of maintenance experience within a mining environment, demonstrating a strong safety-first mindset
Other Requirements:
  • Commitment to safety protocols and risk management practices
  • Ability to respond to real-time equipment troubleshooting requests
