Asset Data Specialist – Contract Role in Kwinana

Preferred Start Date: Between Oct – Nov 2025
Contract Duration: 6–9 months
Location: Kwinana
Roster: Normal day shift, 7am to 3pm (7.6 hours) – flexible start
Daily Rate:$1000 per day + Super

Are you an experienced Asset Data Specialist with strong ERP and maintenance planning skills?
In this contract role, you will play a vital part in managing and improving asset data during a period of increased project demand. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency in a complex, industrial environment.

About the Company
Our client operates within the industrial processing sector, managing complex, asset-intensive operations. They are recognised for their commitment to safety, innovation, and operational excellence, offering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update Equipment Register, Equipment Parts Lists (EPLs), and plant component data in ERP systems
• Source and compile accurate equipment data through collaboration with personnel and suppliers
• Maintain and improve asset data entry and data gathering procedures
• Support maintenance planning and contribute to progressive maintenance strategies
• Monitor and update maintenance plans for effectiveness
• Communicate with equipment support personnel, planners, and stakeholders to manage spare parts and asset data
• Ensure accurate documentation and integration of new equipment into ERP
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, reporting hazards proactively
  
  

About You

• Trade Certificate with at least 10 years’ experience as a Tradesman in plant environments
• Several years in a planned maintenance or asset data role
• Comfortable with computers and ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience with  SAP S/4 HANA  asset management or other ERP systems would be highly advantageous
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Values-driven, outcome-focused, and customer-centric
