Asset Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an  Asset Coordinator  to join our client, a NSW Government agency based at their Mount Annan site. This is a contract role from 18/08/2025 to 19/09/2026 (with strong potential for a longer term engagement), with a pay rate of $62.40–$69.07 per hour + super for 35 hours per week. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the potential for up to 1 day WFH per week.

The Assets Coordinator assists in the oversight of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services to support the operations of the site and ensure compliance with statutory obligations and contract requirements. 

Key accountabilities

• Support the delivery of asset management and facilities maintenance programs
• Supervise contractors undertaking preventative maintenance activities as directed and ensuring compliance
• Ensure all works are managed and reported through their maintenance management system (MAINPAC)

Candidate Requirements

• Trade qualifications in Building, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or similar is essential
• Strong experience in asset coordination or facilities management
• NSW Government experience is desirable but not essential
• NSW Drivers licence
