Our client AGL is seeking a proactive and highly organised Asset Coordinator to join a dynamic team delivering energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting operational excellence in the renewable energy sector. This is in a hybrid working environment.
About the Role
As an Asset Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Asset Management and Operations Services (AMOS) team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating inspections, managing contractor requests, raising purchase orders and quotes, and ensuring timely follow-up on warranty claims. The role involves liaising with clients to organise site access, resolve technical concerns, and support subcontractor onboarding.
You’ll help ensure service works are scheduled safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule ad hoc and planned service works in coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Raise purchase orders and quotes, and manage invoicing for service works and warranty claims.
• Support contractor inductions and ensure safety documentation is in place.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in cost management and revenue generation to support business targets.
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable. Experience in CRM systems would be great.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Experience managing third-party contractors is advantageous.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing sector and work with a team committed to delivering sustainable energy solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your coordination skills will directly impact operational success.
