Our client is a large Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia.
Out Federal Government Client is seeking a Campaign Specialist
to lead the delivery of timely, accessible and impactful digital marketing campaigns for participants, carers, providers, and the broader community.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver targeted email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Optimise and expand digital communications including newsletters and behaviour change initiatives
- Build responsive, accessible templates and automate multi-channel journeys
- Use audience segmentation and analytics to drive engagement and performance
- Support continuous improvement and SFMC capability development across the team
- 5+ years of experience in digital/email marketing, including 2+ years hands-on in SFMC
- Advanced skills in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and data segmentation
- Strong project, stakeholder and time management skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g. CAN-SPAM, WCAG 2.1)
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications (preferred)
Desirable:
- SFMC Email Specialist/Admin certification, experience in high-volume or regulated environments.
- ASAP start pending Federal Police Clearance
- 12 month temporary assignment
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Locations considered – Sydney, Newcastle, Geelong, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane
- $60.26 per hour + super
