About the company:
Our client is a large Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. 
Out Federal Government Client is seeking a Campaign Specialist to lead the delivery of timely, accessible and impactful digital marketing campaigns for participants, carers, providers, and the broader community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver targeted email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Optimise and expand digital communications including newsletters and behaviour change initiatives
  • Build responsive, accessible templates and automate multi-channel journeys
  • Use audience segmentation and analytics to drive engagement and performance
  • Support continuous improvement and SFMC capability development across the team
About you:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital/email marketing, including 2+ years hands-on in SFMC
  • Advanced skills in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and data segmentation
  • Strong project, stakeholder and time management skills
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g. CAN-SPAM, WCAG 2.1)
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications (preferred)

Desirable:
  • SFMC Email Specialist/Admin certification, experience in high-volume or regulated environments.
Benefits 
  • ASAP start pending Federal Police Clearance 
  • 12 month temporary assignment 
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday 
  • Locations considered – Sydney, Newcastle, Geelong, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane
  • $60.26 per hour + super
