We are proud to be partnering with a large government organisation on their search for a Senior Advisor to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure project in Brisbane’s inner north.
This role is based within a high-performing project team responsible for the transformation of Queensland’s passenger rail network. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing robust information management systems for the New Albion Station Project, ensuring compliance, governance, and digital integration across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and governance of document control procedures and workflows.
- Implement and maintain governance systems aligned with legislative, contractual, and organisational standards.
- Oversee the configuration and deployment of the document control environment.
- Provide high-level analysis and strategic advice to support decision-making.
- Enhance data custodian capabilities and collaborate on data management controls.
- Support audit and assurance activities and ensure compliance with document control requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent application of governance processes.
- Track project risks, issues, and performance metrics, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong governance and information management experience, ideally within large infrastructure or government projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience integrating project documentation into systems such as InEight (TeamBinder), SharePoint, MS Teams, and Content Manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Extensive experience in information management governance and digital systems.
