A government client is seeking an experienced AO5 Project Engagement Officer to provide additional capacity to the Northern District Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Team. This contract opportunity supports a high volume of infrastructure activity across a major district program. These projects are critical to program success and require proactive stakeholder engagement, structured communications planning, and the delivery of high-quality engagement materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate, and consistent communication to a wide range of stakeholders
• Support stakeholder and community engagement across complex, multi-site infrastructure projects
• Develop and coordinate project communications and engagement materials
• Maintain consistency and quality across all project messaging
• Provide additional capacity to reduce pressure on the existing team, enabling focus on strategic priorities

• Road users
• Local residents
• Local governments
• Business and community stakeholders across a large and geographically dispersed region

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and communications, ideally within infrastructure or government environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
