Are you an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist looking for your next challenge? This is your opportunity to work with a Tier 1 mining company in a critical role that supports operational excellence and data integrity.

About the Role

As an Advisor – Asset Data, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing mobile equipment master data for the Light Mobile Equipment (LME) team. This 12-month contract offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work on high-impact projects at the Perth Operations Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain asset structures in SAP (Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, BoMs).
• Manage master data changes via ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate fleet delivery and disposal activities, including auction sale packs and S44 approvals.
• Facilitate IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) integration with SAP.

About You

• Strong experience managing master data in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Previous planning or scheduling experience (desirable).
• Background in mining or heavy industry environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow and mobile maintenance systems.
• Current driver’s licence.
