Chandler Macleod are working with our Tier 1 Mining Client to find an administrator to support their newly established Shutdowns Division supporting Iron Ore operations throughout the Pilbara and be part of a team that values respect, collaboration, and excellence.

About the Role
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Operational Excellence and site operations teams. Reporting to the Supervisor – Administration, you’ll ensure smooth coordination and execution of shutdown activities by providing high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day admin and coordination support to the shutdown execution team
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with travel requests, roster changes, and uniform orders
- Liaise with Sodexo for ad-hoc transport and catering requests
- Coordinate flights and accommodation via INX (Inflight)
- Raise purchase requisitions and manage PPE/stationery stock using SAP
- Submit maintenance notifications via Prospect for vehicles and infrastructure
- Support contractor onboarding including hire forms, site entry, and logistics
- Organise and minute onsite business resilience meetings
- Manage room bookings, gate cards, fuel keys, IVMS, cab charges, and starter packs
