📍 Administration Role – Barton, Adelaide | Immediate Start

We’re seeking a skilled an  Administration Professional  for a  9-month casual maternity leave cover  with a respected business in the civil construction industry.

🗓 Role Details:

  • Location:  Barton, Adelaide, SA
  • Schedule:  Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4pm (30.4 hours/week)
  • Flexibility:  Option to spread hours across 5 days post-training
  • Start Date:  ASAP
  • Hourly Rate:  $35–$37/hour
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
  • General administration duties
  • Creditors input and data entry
  • MYOB usage  for financial tasks
  • Excel work  including formulas and VLOOKUPs
🎯 We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has proven  administration experience
  • Is confident using  MYOB (mandatory)
  • Has  intermediate to advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
  • Holds a  driver’s licence and has their own vehicle
👥 About the Team:  Join a small, friendly office of 4 team members who value collaboration and efficiency. You’ll receive a thorough handover and training.
