Are you highly organised with a knack for managing multiple priorities? We’re seeking an Administration Officer / EA
to provide exceptional support to a senior leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and prepare routine data entry, records management, billing, and reporting across various matters.
- Process, escalate, and resolve enquiries promptly.
- Coordinate documents including minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries, reconciliations, and administration matters.
- Review and ensure compliance with business support and administration policies.
- Maintain records management databases, map business processes, and recommend improvements.
- Administer contract management and billing requirements.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support general administration tasks for the Metering SLT, including:
- Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
- Minuting meetings and following up on actions.
- Updating registers and developing newsletters.
- Preparing town hall packs and reviewing documents/emails.
About You
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office and related systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage varied activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material.
- Experience in billing and payment processes.
- Desirable: Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
