Are you highly organised with a knack for managing multiple priorities? We’re seeking an Administration Officer / EA to provide exceptional support to a senior leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and prepare routine data entry, records management, billing, and reporting across various matters.
  • Process, escalate, and resolve enquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate documents including minutes, reports, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries, reconciliations, and administration matters.
  • Review and ensure compliance with business support and administration policies.
  • Maintain records management databases, map business processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Administer contract management and billing requirements.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support general administration tasks for the Metering SLT, including:
    • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
    • Minuting meetings and following up on actions.
    • Updating registers and developing newsletters.
    • Preparing town hall packs and reviewing documents/emails.

About You
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office and related systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage varied activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material.
  • Experience in billing and payment processes.
  • Desirable: Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
