We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Accounts Support Partner
to join a fast-paced and supportive finance team. This is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through high-quality accounts support.
Role Overview
As an Accounts Support Partner, you will be the first point of contact for all accounts-related enquiries from clients and service providers. Each interaction requires you to assess the caller’s needs, investigate account issues, and deliver accurate resolutions in line with business guidelines and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven, high-volume environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts by identifying discrepancies and resolving billing or payment issues
- Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries regarding invoices, statements, and payments
- Deliver outstanding customer service through prompt and professional phone and email communication
- Build strong client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored support
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless account management and positive service experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and mathematically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new systems
- High attention to detail in financial transactions and record-keeping
- Empathetic communication style with patience and understanding
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive approach to collaboration
- Friendly and engaging phone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Bowen Hills office with the option for hybrid work
