Accounts Support Partner
Bowen Hills
3-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
$43.75 per hour + super

The Role
As an Accounts Support Partner, you will be the first point of contact for all accounts-related enquiries from clients and service providers. No two calls are the same. You’ll assess needs, investigate discrepancies, navigate processes, and deliver clear, compliant resolutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys turning complex issues into confident outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving billing or payment issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries relating to invoices, statements, and payments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Build meaningful relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and positive experiences

  • Provide reassurance and clarity around invoices and reimbursements
  • Work at the intersection of finance and frontline support

  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working with numbers
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and learning new systems
  • An empathetic, patient, and caring communication style
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • An engaging and professional phone manner
  • Experience with accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) – desirable but not essential
