Accounts Receivable Officer – Permanent Role | Flexible Hours | Welshpool (Perth)

About the Role In this Accounts Receivable role, you will be responsible for managing the full AR process and ensuring accurate and timely billing. You will work with a close-knit finance team and use Oracle NetSuite daily, so prior NetSuite experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions
• Process customer invoices, payments, and reconciliations using NetSuite
• Maintain customer accounts and follow up overdue payments
• Prepare AR ageing reports and account statements
• Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service
• Support month-end processes and assist with general accounts tasks
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing

About You We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Oracle NetSuite experience – essential
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a small, collaborative team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
