AO6 Instructional Designer – Contract

We are seeking an experienced AO6 Instructional Design Contractor
to support the Centre for Leadership Excellence within Queensland Government.
This role will be responsible for the development of two eLearning courses
that have already been designed and are ready for build.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop contemporary online learning programs and supporting resources.
- Contribute to learning needs analysis and recommend fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
- Review and evaluate training programs using contemporary instructional design practices.
- Deliver assigned projects using established project management methodologies.
- Provide advice to stakeholders and maintain effective working relationships.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience at AO6 level(or equivalent).
- Strong skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Ability to work independently and respond positively to feedback.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects or Animator.
