3PL Warehouse Team Leader

Our client is after a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Leader to support the expansion of our clients Third Party (3P) partnerships across the Australian fulfilment network. This is an exciting opportunity for a warehouse professional or team leader ready to step into a fast-paced role with broader responsibilities in logistics and supply chain operations.

Location: Kemps Creek, Sydney
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Some weekend work during peak periods)

We are seeking a proactive individual to support the growth of third-party logistics partnerships within a national fulfilment network. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse leadership experience or looking to step up from a team leader or 2IC position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations between internal teams and 3PL partners
  
  
• Track site performance, report progress, and manage risk mitigation plans
  
  
• Develop and refine processes, SOPs, and reporting tools
  
  
• Support procurement and stocktake activities
  
  
• Provide coaching and training to onsite personnel
  
  
• Maintain strong health & safety and quality standards
  
  

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  
  
• Experience as a team leader or 2IC
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to balance short-term tasks with long-term planning
