Background

Our client is a major renewable energy company who engaged us to supply contract and casual recruitment. Our goal was to enhance contractor management inclusive of onboarding, performance management, safety, retention and payroll.

Our Solutions


  • National supply arrangement across seven sites, including regional electricity generation 
  • Master Sourcing Provider with Enterprise wide remit, incorporating all contingent (casual, temp and contractor) role types
  • Solution underpinned by Fieldglass VMS 
  • Creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures 
  • On-site lead, forming part of the integration and migration project team approx. 400 contractors onto Fieldglass 
  • Vendor Management of 15 down-stream vendors (with future rationalisation), across blue and white collar, metro and regional
  • Managing third party adherence to all commercial terms, performance SLA and delivering to KPIs 
  • Mobilised on-site resources (5 FTE) to deliver MSP solution 
  • Embedded into broader people and recruitment team

  • Generated substantial direct and indirect savings through continuous improvement, technology deployment & enhancement and stringent vendor governance 
  • Implemented value adding initiatives enhancing safety performance and increasing workforce diversity
