Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
Location:  Mayfield NSW
Employment Type:  Full-time
Contract Duration:  4–8 weeks

Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to lead the strategic management of workers’ compensation claims. This role involves coordinating return-to-work programs, managing claims from start to finish, and providing expert advice to leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workers’ compensation claims and ensure compliance with legislation
• Support injured employees through rehabilitation and return-to-work processes
• Liaise with medical professionals, legal providers, and internal stakeholders
• Provide coaching and advice to leaders on injury management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in workers’ compensation case management
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case management practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Tertiary qualifications in WHS, HR, or Rehabilitation (desirable)
