Waste Services Manager – Pest, Waste & Hygiene

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to take ownership of our national Pest, Waste and Hygiene service delivery. In this permanent role, you’ll lead strategic vendor partnerships, ensure contract compliance and identify ongoing improvement opportunities within a large, high-volume portfolio.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years' experience managing Pest, Waste & Hygiene contracts at scale
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to optimise service scope and cost
• Proven experience in vendor management, SLA/KPI development and governance
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and reporting capabilities
• Familiarity with Australian compliance standards in waste and hygiene
• WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
