What is the Role:
The role of Trainer (Autonomous Haulage Systems) is required to train personnel in Frontrunner autonomous systems at our client’s Eastern Pilbara mine sites, on a 6-12 month temp contract, via Chandler Macleod.

What Will I be Doing:
As an AHS Trainer, you will have a strong technical background in autonomous systems, heavy equipment training, and risk management, with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will deliver specialized AHS training programmes for Frontrunner/Modular systems, to attain a notable increase in operator proficiency and safety. Your role will be to educate operators | drivers, enhancing team performance and knowledge retention to return a 100% compliance rate with site and regulatory standards.

What Qualifications Do I Require?
• Cert IV Trainer & Assessment
• Frontrunner system experience – Komatsu
• Mining operator background, in particular HME
• Prior experience in delivery of workshops & training of AHS systems in a mining environment
• Positive, can do attitude.
