Chandler Macleod( Mining Division) works with some of the most recognised names in mining, resources, and has recently been awarded a major vendor contract with one of the mining juggernauts in Australia.  As a result, we are seeking multiple hard-working, commercially savvy and people-focused Technical & Engineering Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing team based in our stunning Perth CBD offices.

About the role  

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles – from job brief to placement
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships within the mining, resources and engineering sectors
• Identify, attract and engage top technical talent across WA and beyond
• Implement your expertise in talent pooling with industry tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Maintain database management systems
• Write compelling job ads, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
• Provide outstanding customer support and service to our contractor employees during their tenure

• Exceptional work ethic – you are hardworking, dedicated and reliable
• Strong sales background or be service-centric
• Prior experience in agency recruitment within technical, engineering and white collar space
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and resilient attitude – you enjoy problem-solving and working in fast paced environment with competing priorities
• You are driven to deliver quality outcomes for both clients and candidates
• You have an excellent knowledge of WA’s mining and resources sector and a strong network of clientele
