We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Specification Manager to join their team in Sydney and drive product specifications across high-profile commercial projects.

Role Overview
As a Specification Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, and builders, driving specifications for our client's range of premium products. This is a consultative, relationship-based role that requires a strong understanding of the commercial construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers
• Drive product specifications across commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and hospitality venues
• Deliver engaging product presentations and CPD sessions to design firms and industry influencers
• Identify and manage project opportunities through the specification process
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and growth
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market reach

  Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in specification sales, ideally in decorative surfaces, building materials, or interior products
• Strong network within Sydney’s commercial architecture and design community
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both small and large groups
• A keen interest in design and functional, aesthetic products
• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Sydney and interstate where necessary
