Spare Parts Coordinator – Permanent Part-Time (Shepparton Site) ~25 hours/week | Flexible Hours | Pro-Rata Salary $70–80K (DOE)

Chandler Macleod are on the lookout for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our clients team in  Shepparton in a permanent part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who values true flexibility while staying hands-on and actively involved in daily operations.

About the Role Working around 25 hours per week, you’ll be the key point of contact for all things spare parts. This is a varied and rewarding role that blends coordination and customer engagement.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing quotes and raising purchase orders
  
  
• Managing returns and overseeing stock levels
  
  
• Identifying customer needs and offering tailored parts solutions
  
  
• Supporting revenue growth through accurate and efficient spare parts service
  
  

While this isn’t a traditional sales role, a commercial mindset and the ability to build trust with customers are essential.

About You You’ll bring a solid technical background and thrive in a customer-facing environment. You're confident, well-organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
