Site Installer

A leading commercial joinery and fitout contractor is looking for a motivated and skilled Site Installer to join their installation team. This role is ideal for a qualified tradesperson who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Install joinery components on site in line with project specifications, timeframes and quality expectations.
– Interpret plans, sketches and drawings to execute work accurately.
– Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
– Ensure WHS compliance and help promote a strong safety culture.
– Support and mentor less-experienced team members.
– Maintain a clean, productive, and efficient work area.
– Record time and site-based data using basic computer systems.

Requirements:
– Cert IV in Carpentry or Joinery (mandatory).
– Driver Licence (desired).
– Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
– Strong teamwork and communication skills.
– Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
– Basic computer literacy.
Reporting to: Production Foreman.
