Site Administrator – Part Time | FIFO from Perth

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our mining site. This part-time FIFO role from Perth offers a flexible roster (4:3 or 3:4), promoting work-life balance and allowing you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying extended time at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and onboarding for site personnel.
  • Manage timesheets, payroll support, and expense processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to site leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure site access and visitor activities are aligned with operational needs.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in a similar site-based administrative role, within the mining industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site leaders and various stakeholders.
