Are you a confident multitasker with a passion for coordination, systems, and customer service?
Our client is a f ast-growing plumbing maintenance company
with over 20 years of industry experience, proudly partnering with strata management and real estate agencies
across Sydney. Known for our prompt, reliable service and strong client relationships, we’re expanding and looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator
to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
You’ll be at the forefront of their operations, responsible for ensuring jobs run smoothly from booking to completion, your day will involve:
- Managing day-to-day scheduling of technicians and subcontractors
- Logging, tracking, and coordinating jobs using SimPRO
job management software
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure prompt and professional service
- Overseeing work orders and ensuring jobs are completed and followed up
- Maintaining service reports, compliance documentation, and technician notes
- Processing and managing quotes, updating job statuses, and closing off completed work
- Generating and analysing operational and financial reports via SimPRO
- Supporting accurate and timely invoicing through MYOB
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
