A great opportunity for a Senior Service Designer to join this busy team on a 12-month assignment.
About the role:
- Leading a program of work to optimise and improve the agency’s digital marketing service with a focus on accessibility and impact of direct communications.
- Overseeing, creating and documenting current state of digital marketing service (via service design blueprint) through design thinking and research approach. This will include how these fit into the overall participant experience, identifying pain points for participants, staff and business processes.
- Leading and managing service/process design improvement including evaluating solutions and design at both a conceptual and tactical level.
- Advocating for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders through work processes.
- Leading and facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users, designing and testing future experiences.
- Applying in-depth knowledge of the role and functions of the agency and the related impacts across work areas.
- Overseeing end-to-end digital marketing service experience design, ensuring changes are based on participant and staff experience, and are consistent for all users across different touchpoints.
- Look for opportunities to build consistency and quality across Agency digital marketing products
Skills required for the position
- You will effectively execute strategic direction to support delivery of the project in line with business goals
- You will have strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- You will have ability to deliver strategic program of work aligned to Agency priorities
- You will have ability to lead and deliver projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- You will be working with a level of independence, under broad direction, to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes Communicate well and make decisions that are based on professional judgment, evaluating risks
- You will have experience planning and monitoring work processes, direct and coordinate quality assurance practices and set performance indicators
- You will be cultivating a positive team culture and playing a leadership role in the Branch
Benefits:
- August start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12 Months contract with possibility to be extended
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- VIC, NSW and QLD location + hybrid working from home options
- $602.55 Daily + Super
