Senior Mobilisations Coordinator | Chandler Macleod | Perth

Be the driving force behind seamless candidate onboarding across technical, blue collar and white collar portfolios with Chandler Macleod( Mining Division).  We deliver end-to-end workforce solutions to Australia’s biggest names in mining, resources, engineering and infrastructure and have recently been awarded a major vendor contract with one of the mining juggernauts in Australia. 
 
As a result, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Mobilisations Coordinator to join our fast-paced and dynamic Perth team. This pivotal role will see you lead mobilisation activities across our Mining portfolio, supported by a capable offshore team. You'll work closely with internal Recruitment Consultants, candidates, and client contacts to ensure every mobilisation is smooth, compliant and on schedule.
 
About the role 

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end mobilisation process for white collar, blue collar, technical, and engineering personnel
• Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding and compliance requirements are met
• Oversee medical bookings and results, site inductions, travel and accommodation arrangements
• Liaison with medical service providers to ensure maximum efficiencies in clinic bookings
• Liaison with PPE providers to manage commitments and ensure availability to candidates within appropriate time frames
• Leverage and guide a dedicated offshore administration team to ensure efficient delivery and document management
• Continuously improve mobilisation processes, ensuring best practice and compliance standards are upheld
• Provide support to consultants and clients with mobilisation status updates and proactive issue resolution  

What We Are Looking for at Chandler  

• Proven experience in mobilisation or onboarding coordination(resources or project-based environments preferred) in a Lead or Senior capacity
• Exceptional understanding of compliance and mobilisation requirements in the mining and resources sector
• Outstanding attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
• Comfortable coordinating large volumes of candidates and managing fluctuating priorities
• Exposure to working with or managing offshore admin support is highly desirable
