About You:

• CA/CPA qualified.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Australian public practice.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients including development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Proficient in preparing financial statements and tax returns for all entity types.
• Proficient in the preparation and analysis of budgets including preparation of three way forecasts.
• Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a genuine focus on team development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns.
• Provide virtual CFO services to clients including data integrity checks and business analysis of key ratios and trends.
• Offering tax planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis support.
• Collaborating directly with clients on their strategic and financial objectives.
• Providing guidance and coaching to junior staff.
• Driving client outcomes and contributing to our business advisory services.
