We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to join the team as a Sales Representative in the poultry industry, focusing on independent retail. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are driven by achieving targets, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets within the North/West Victoria region.
  • Identify and engage new customers, foster and maintain strong relationships, and turn leads into sales.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, present our products, and negotiate sales proposals.
  • Work with marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and presentations to management and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs.
What you'll bring:
  • Frontline sales experience with a focus on the independent retail sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in territory or field sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales and managing business relationships.
  • Valid Full Driver’s License required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Travel Requirements:
  • Regular travel within your assigned territory is essential for client and stakeholder visits.
  • Efficiently plan and manage your travel schedule to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
You will be provided with your own company provided Car, Laptop and Mobile Phone.
