What you’ll be doing:

• Shape and execute strategies to grow the business, exploring new markets, product categories, and customer groups.
• Identify and act on emerging opportunities and keep across industry trends and competitor activity.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers to strengthen the brand’s reach.
• Support commercial activities including promotional initiatives, sales campaigns, and contract discussions.
• Take ownership of retail operations across multiple locations — from team leadership and stock flow to visual presentation and customer experience.
• Set clear performance expectations, track results, and guide your team to deliver on targets.
• Champion an exceptional in-store experience while ensuring operational efficiency and strong commercial outcomes.

• Proven experience leading multi-site retail operations (Cluster, Regional, or State Manager level).
• A strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving commercial targets (ESSENTIAL)
• Background in fashion or a related retail category preferred
• Ability to mentor and motivate store teams while keeping a close eye on performance metrics.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to ensure stores run smoothly day-to-day.
