We're on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Altona. If you're driven, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your day – to – day duties will involve a combination of the below:

• Supporting the recruitment of temporary staff for growing accounts
• Complete physical screening assessments and reporting
• Implement candidate sourcing and attraction strategies through internal and external portals (e.g. SEEK)
• Conduct phone screening and in person interviews
• Ensuring client recruitment needs are managed in a timely manner

As a successful candidate in this role, you will embody the below skill set:

• Great communication skills and work ethic
• Strong computer competency 
• Team player with a resilient nature
• Ability to engage confidently with clients and nurture meaningful relationships with Key Stakeholders
