Recruitment Coordinator - ASAP Start!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Screening and onboarding candidates
• Supporting applicants through the full onboarding journey
• Liaising with onsite consultant teams and client workforce planning teams to ensure labour needs are met
• Conducting interviews, physical assessments, criminal history checks and drug & alcohol screening
• Managing multiple systems and platforms daily with attention to compliance and data accuracy
• Building positive candidate experiences and supporting candidates from all walks of life

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in a high-volume coordination environment
• Strong computer and system navigation skills – you’ll be working across various platforms
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• A personable and professional approach – you're confident dealing with people from all backgrounds
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and juggling competing priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to pick up new technology and systems quickly
