Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Location: Bankstown and Liverpool

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage agency relationships, ensuring integrity across talent pools
- Drive and improve Labour Order Fill rates through proactive planning and execution.
- Analyse data to generate insightful report
- Organize and attend recruitment events across your designated node or region as needed.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a strong analytical approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to travel as required within your assigned geographical area.
- 2+ years working within HR or shared services environments.
- Proven track record in process improvement and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging internal and external partners.
