Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Location: Across North and South West Sydney

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agency relationships, ensuring integrity across talent pools
• Drive and improve Labour Order Fill rates through proactive planning and execution.
• Analyse data to generate insightful report
• Organize and attend recruitment events across your designated node or region as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources.
  
  
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
  
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a strong analytical approach to operational challenges.
  
  
• Ability to travel as required within your assigned geographical area.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years working within HR or shared services environments.
  
  
• Proven track record in process improvement and stakeholder management.
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging internal and external partners.
