As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our commitment to quality in poultry processing. This position offers consistent hours and provides an excellent platform for you to elevate your existing skills.

About the Role:

• Monitoring activities during production
• Maintenance and improvement of Quality Systems
• Conducting internal audits
• Preparation and participation in external audits
• Lab sampling preparation and analysis
• Data entry, filing, and reporting activities
• Verification of completed daily paperwork
• Product evaluations
• Collecting product samples
• Product evaluation including fresh and frozen product

Requirements:

• Food Technology degree/qualification (preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent communications skills
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
